Service Description

Start your relationship with Blue off with an actual plan to decrease that chronic discomfort! New-to-blue clients will receive a FREE Muscle Therapy consultation ($50 value) with their first Muscle Therapy appointment. You'll start off your session by sitting with your licensed massage therapist to discuss pain patterns, causes and the like. Together you will develop a plan to decrease or even eliminate your discomfort. Plans include at home stretches, strengthening and positions as well as realistic frequency of massage. Keep yourself moving towards comfort!

Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card and deposit are required to hold appointments at Blue Zen. We ask that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours advanced notice in order to cancel or reschedule appointments. Notified cancellations/reschedules within 48 hours result in a 50% charge. If you fail to notify us and choose to no-show your appointment, it will result in a 100% charge.
