Service Description

This month we'll be using yoga Asana and breath work to encourage physical & mental strength into our core, back and hips. This is a yin/hatha hybrid appropriate for any body that's able to get down to the ground and back up again. Mobility challenges? Try one of our yin or restorative classes instead.

Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card and deposit are required to hold appointments at Blue Zen. We ask that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours advanced notice in order to cancel or reschedule appointments. Notified cancellations/reschedules within 48 hours result in a 50% charge. If you fail to notify us and choose to no-show your appointment, it will result in a 100% charge.
